💯How to give a CV Rewash

If they are a member, locate their customer account in the manager station, go the the Cashier tab, select Insert into Wash Queue.

If they are a single washer, make sure the customer points out what exactly was not cleaned, go to the Cashier tab, select the wash they purchased previously, select CV Guarantee Rewash. Release the sale.

Open a ticket in Jolt with your GM to let them know the customer had a wash issue.
