💳How to sell a Fleet Card (and use multiple cards)
TLDR; sell a fleet package on a gift card, then submit a ticket to adjust the number of washes on each card.
1. Click on Buy Washbook
2. Select the Fleet Service from the dropdown
3. Place the cursor in the Barcode Number field and scan the first gift card barcode
4. Associate the customer (in the top right) then take cash or card payment.
1. Click on Giftcards and Washbooks
2. Click on Purchased Washbooks
3. Click on Search
4. Type the barcode of the gift card sold into the barcode field and press search
5. Click on Edit on the washbook record
6. This is what the page looks like
7. Decrease the number of washes on the card
8. Make sure all gift cards and washbooks are capitalized (just in case)
9. Click on Save
10. Start adding new washbooks by selecting "Add Washbook"
11. Select the Washbook type. In this example it is Fleet Basic 500
12. Decrease the number of washes for the card
13. Change the price to $0
14. Click on the Bar Code field and add the 2nd gift card barcode
15. Click on Save
16. Repeat and continue for each physical card. In this example we are splitting 500 washes onto 20 different cards of 25 washes each.
