🚩Conveyor Troubleshooting

If conveyor doesn’t run

  • Pulse Switch Failure

    • Look at tunnel watch screen for error

    • Reach out to maintenance to enable simulated pulse

  • Low Hydraulic Oil

    • Check for a leak

    • Refill it

  • Debris stuck in chain

    • Like empty bottles, straps, ropes, etc

    • Move at all grates and clear the debris

  • E-Stop buttons

    • Pull out all E-Stops in Tunnel, electrical panel, Buff N Dry, Petit, etc)

  • Tripped breaker

    • Force back on and let maintenance know

If conveyor shoots out a bunch rollers

  • This usually means the tunnel is expecting to receive a car but there's no car

    • Cover the entry eyes with your hand to run a ghost car

    • Roller up solenoid could be stuck in the up position

    • Tell maintenance

If conveyor doesn’t shoot up rollers

  • Roller up solenoid could be stuck in the down position

  • Use the manual lever until maintenance can replace it

  • Check air pressure gauge for roller up solenoid

  • Let maintenance know

If pit overflows

  • Throw a sump pump in the pit until maintenance gets there

  • Unclog drain / call maintenance

Pressing send on the loader screen and no roller comes up

  • Check the entry arch pucks to see if they are illuminated. This would mean the tunnel is ready to receive the vehicle. This might mean the roller up solenoid is bad.

  • If the entry arch pucks are not illuminated, there could be a communication error between the loader screen and the controller.
