Role: Maintenance Team Member / Reports to: Maintenance Leader
Key Roles and Accountability:
Maintain and repair existing equipment as needed.
Update and manage maintenance request tickets.
Communicate regularly with the maintenance leader to order replacement parts.
Assist with building new locations as needed.
Follow a routine preventative maintenance schedule program.
Must be available for emergency service calls at all hours. (run by UKG)
Duties:
Participate in weekly meetings with the maintenance leader.
Follow a preventative maintenance schedule for all existing car wash locations.
Replace worn out bearings, hoses, nozzles, brushes, cylinders, solenoids etc.
Tighten, flip, and replace the conveyor chain, rollers, sprockets etc.
Clean chemical tips and clean foot valves and/or replace.
Replace air valves and regulators.
Oil changes, greasing, etc,
Replenish maintenance parts for each wash location.
Use MaintainX to keep track of maintenance tickets.
Work on new car wash developments as needed.
Be on call for maintenance emergencies.
