➡️How to receive a Purchase Order
TLDR; you need to tell the system when products get delivered and put on the shelf.
Log in to Shopify first, then...
Log in to Stocky, then...
1. From the Stock Dashboard...
2. Click on Purchases
3. Click on All purchase orders
4. Click on the PO you want to receive
5. Uncheck any items that did not deliver in the specific shipment, leaving only the items the delivered.
6. In this example, I am only receiving one of the two light blue injectors that arrived...
7. Click on Partially receive
8. Enter how many delivered...
9. Then click on Update
10. If you want to receive all selected line items, make sure they're selected then press Receive selected
11. Click on Receive selected items…
12. All done! You can continue receiving items on the POs until they are completed. Once they are completed, Alex will archive the PO (takes it off the list of open POs)
