📦How to unfulfill Sales Orders
TLDR; you have to tell the system when you put products back on the shelf.
Log in to Shopify first, then
1. Click on Orders…
2. Click on Unfulfilled
3. This displays all unfulfilled or partially fulfilled orders
4. Select an order you would like to fulfill (meaning start taking items off the shelf)
5. Click on Fulfill items
6. If it turns out we don't have a product on the shelf, you will mark that specific product as not fulfilled and only fulfill the rest.
7. Make sure Notify customer of shipment is Unchecked
8. Click on Fulfill item(s)
9. Completed a partial fulfillment...
10. When ready to fulfill the rest of the order... click on Fulfill item(s)
11. Make sure Notify customer of shipment is Unchecked again
12. Click on Fulfill item(s)
13. Fulfillment completed successfully
