🖨️Create Sales Orders for everything else
TLDR; how to make sales orders for chemicals (and apply a wholesale discount).
Log in to Shopify first, then
1. Click on Orders…
2. Click on Create order
3. Search for the car wash location in the Customer field
4. Click the car wash location
5. Click on Edit notes
6. Type in a short description for the order. I used "maintenance parts" in this example.
7. Click on Done
8. Search for products to add
9. Select the products to add
10. Click on Add
11. Almost there...
12. Make sure Payment due later is checked
13. Select Fixed date from Payment terms
14. Click on Due date
15. Set the due date to the 7th of next month. This gives Jowana 7 days to pay the warehouse from the car washes.
16. Click on 7
17. Click on Create order
18. Select Online ACH Payment from Expected payment method
19. Click on Create order
20. Transaction completed successfully...
