🔢How to set Mins & Maxes

TLDR; tell Stocky how many items you want to have in stock and when to order each item.

Log in to Shopify first, then...

Log in to Stocky, then...

1. Click on Locations

2. Click on Car Wash Suppliers

3. Search for the products you want to adjust the min and max stock levels for

4. You will see all matching products listed with the Min and Max columns all the way to the right

5. Set the minimum stock desired when generating a PO

For example, if the min stock is 10 and there are 12 in stock, this item would not appear on an automatically generated PO.

However, if there were 5 in stock and the min was set to 10, then Stocky would add this item to an automatically generated PO.

6. Set the maximum stock desired when generating a PO

For example, if the min stock is 10 and the max stock is 20, and there are 12 currently in stock, this item would not appear on an automatically generated PO.

However, if there were 5 in stock and the min was set to 10 and max set to 20, then Stocky would add 8 of these items to an automatically generated PO.
