🖨️Create Sales Order for Chemicals
TLDR; how to make sales orders for chemicals (and apply a wholesale discount), and also make sales orders for everything else without a discount.
Log in to Shopify first, then
1. Click on Orders…
2. Click on Create order
3. Search for the products you want to add to the sales order
4. Select the products
5. Click on Add
6. Search for the wash location in the Customer section
7. Select the car wash location
8. Click on Edit notes
9. Enter a short phrase to help categorize the order from a quick glance. I used "chemicals" in this example.
10. Click on Done
11. Make sure Payment due later is checked
12. Select Fixed date from Payment terms
13. Click on Due date
14. Set the due date to the 7th of next month. This gives Jowana 7 days into the new month to pay for the previous month's sales orders.
15. Click on 7
16. Click on Save in the top right. DO NOT click on create order yet. We still have to add the chemical discounts.
17. Click on More actions
18. Click on Add Wholesale Discount
19. The page will calculate the wholesale prices
20. Now the chemical discounts appear on the order
21. Click on Create order
22. Select Online ACH Payment from Expected payment method
23. Click on Create order
24. Successful creation of Sales Order
