POs from Warehouse to Vendors
Purchase Orders are orders placed with external vendors to restock the warehouse.
They can be received in full or partially (as individual items get delivered).
We use an app called Stocky to manage the Purchase Orders.
POs have the statuses below:
Not received - the order is placed with the vendor and awaiting delivery
Partially received - part of the order arrived and is on the shelf
Received - 100% of ordered products have delivered and put on the shelf
Archived - completed and removed from the list of open POs
SOs from Warehouse to Car Washes
Sales Orders are orders placed from the warehouse to the car wash locations.
They can be fulfilled in full or partially (based on what we have in stock).
We use Shopify to manage the Sales Orders.
SO have the statuses below:
Unfulfilled - the order is placed for the washes but the product is still on the shelf
Partially Fulfilled - part of the order is missing from the shelf so only fulfill what you can
Fulfilled - 100% of ordered products have been pulled off the shelf
Archived - completed and removed from the list of open SOs
