👍How to do an Inventory Count

TLDR; count the items and update the system.

It is preferred to perform inventory counts weekly until the stock is stable for at least 3 weeks, then it's only required once per month.

Uniforms & Name Tags	Daniel Brown
Chemicals & Vendings	Kano Kano

Log in to Shopify first, then...

• Ensure all Sales Orders are fulfilled (or as partially fulfilled as they can be)

Log in to Stocky, then...

• Ensure all Purchase Orders are received (or as partially received as they can be)

Create a new stocktake and perform the inventory count

Click on Apps

Log in to Stocky with your email and password

Click on Inventory

Click on Stocktakes

7. Click on Create stocktake

8. Enter a descriptive name for your stocktake

I used "uniform count 9/28/23 AG"

9. Select All from Limit number of product variants

10. Click on Advanced options

11. Select Uniforms from Product Type

or select whatever you are counting...

12. Click on Create Stocktake

13. Use the green thumbs up if the count is accurate for each line item

14. Use the red thumbs down when the count is off

15. Adjust the line item to the correct quantity

16. Click on Update Stock Level

17. Do this for all line items and you are finished.
