Performance reviews are generated automatically based on the employee's hire date. Depending on their role, workflows are different but the content is the same.
1 month anniversary - triggers a "full" review
2 month anniversary - triggers a "full" review
5 month anniversary - triggers a "quarterly conversation" review
8 month anniversary - triggers a "quarterly conversation" review
11 month anniversary - triggers a "quarterly conversation" review
1 year anniversary - triggers a "full" review
1 year 3 months anniversary - triggers a "quarterly conversation" review
1 year 6 months anniversary - triggers a "quarterly conversation" review
1 year 9 months anniversary - triggers a "quarterly conversation" review
2 year anniversary - triggers a "full" review
all reviews moving forward are 1 year "full" and every quarter "quarterly"
At the 2nd year anniversary moving forward, the annual and a last quarterly will get triggered at the same time. This is because quarterly just gets triggered every 3 month anniversary and the full is just an annual trigger. This means you will need to manually skip the quarterly conversation if there is an annual review due.
If the employee is a Wash Attendant, the trigger gets sent to their GM to complete the review. Then the workflow prompts the GM to have a meeting with the employee to discuss the results. After the meeting, the GM finalizes the review by submitting any comments from the meeting.
If the employee is an MSSR or GM, the trigger gets sent to themself to complete a self review. After submitting, the workflow triggers their GM to review the self assessment answers and provide their own answers. After their GM submit their results, their GM will be prompted to schedule a meeting with the employee to discuss the differences in their results. After the meeting, the GM enters any final comments to finalize the review.
All notifications will be sent via email and UKG notification bell.
Reports can be pulled for performance reviews by going to TEAM > TALENT > PERFORMANCE > PERFORMANCE REVIEWS

Here is a sample WA Performance Review
Initiated by GM's TO DO Items

GM selects Review and reads over the instructions then goes to the Complete Evaluation tab

Fill in each item with how you feel the WA did between this review and the last one. Save and Submit

The GM will get a notification prompting to schedule a meeting with the employee and review the results.

When the meeting is complete, the GM will go back to their TO DO Items and add a Comment to the performance review.

GM clicks on Save and Comment

Then DB will get a notification to Finalize and Close the performance review.

Here is a sample MSSR Performance Review
GM starts the review with their TO DO items. Select the MSSR Review and click Review

GM can read the instructions and the go to the "Complete Quarterly Conversation" tab

GM fills in how they feel the employee did between the last review and this one. Then Save and Submit

GM gets prompted to finalize the review in the TO DOs Items

Add general comments after meeting with the employee then Sign as Finalizer

This triggers a workflow to notify whoever needs to see it
