🛠️How to submit a MaintainX Request

  • The iPad has an app called MaintainX installed that tracks maintenance requests and work orders.

  • The stores have "Requester" permissions.

  • When you need to submit a maintenance ticket, open the MaintainX app and select "+ New Request".

  • Enter a short description for the title

  • Add photos

  • Add more description

  • Set a priority

  • Assign a location

  • Assign an asset

  • Click on Create

  • The maintenance leader will review all requests and either approve or deny the request.

  • You can communicate with the maintenance leader using comments on the request.
