Cleaning the Pit

Notes for Pit cleaning:

  • Once the pit is clean work on the next days tasks to get ahead

Digging the Pit

1-3 Team Member

Tools:

  1. Shovel

  2. Wheel Barrel

  3. Prep gun

Steps:

  1. Gather all equipment needed

  2. Take grates off of the Pit

  3. Dig the dirt out filling the Wheel barrel half way each time

  4. Take the wheel barrel to the side pit outside the building

  5. Rinse the chain and sprockets before put

  6. Place grates back on pit

When the Pit is clean on a rainy day, rinse the chain, sprockets, and grating

Tools:

  • Prep gun

Steps:

  1. Take grates off of the pit

  2. Rinse the chain and sprockets

  3. Rinse the grating

  4. Managers discretion if any dirt needs to be dug
