Thursday: Day 5

Notes:

  • Golden Knight Dilution Ratio for brush cleaning

    • Medium to light buildup

      • Dilute to 5:1 (5 parts warm water to 1 part Golden Knight)

      • Dwell for 2 to 5 minutes

    • Very light cleaning

      • Dilute to 10:1 (10 parts warm water to 1 part Golden Knight)

      • Dwell for 45 secs to 2 mins

2nd Set Gyro Wraps Brush + Frame + Clean Nozzles

Tools:

  • Sponges

  • Bucket

  • Dawn soap

  • Prepgun

  • Ladder

  • Golden Knight chemical* see dilution ratios above

  • Safety glasses

  • Nitrile gloves

Steps:

  1. Gather all needed equipment.

  2. Use a ladder to access the Ladder Rack (use a spotter)

  3. Clean the top of ladder

  4. Use prep Gun to rinse off Golden Knight chemical after it sits for 3 minutes

  5. Fill bucket with dawn soap

  6. Remove nozzles and check the inside body for debris, remove if necessary.

  7. Rinse all equipment used to return to the assigned location.

  • Off the wall chemical

  • Dawn soap

  • Bucket

  • Prep gun

  • Safety glasses

  • Nitrile gloves

  4. Fill chemical sprayer with off the wall

  5. Use a ladder to access higher points on the walls
