Monday: Day 2

Notes:

  • Golden Knight Dilution Ratio for brush cleaning

  • Medium to light buildup

    • Dilute to 5:1 (5 parts warm water to 1 part Golden Knight)

    • Dwell for 2 to 5 minutes

  • Very light cleaning

    • Dilute to 10:1 (10 parts warm water to 1 part Golden Knight)

    • Dwell for 45 secs to 2 mins

Tools:

  • Sponges

  • Bucket

  • Dawn soap

  • Prepgun

  • Ladder

  • Golden Knight chemical* see dilution notes above

  • Safety glasses

  • Nitrile gloves

Steps:

  1. Gather all needed equipment.

  2. Use a ladder to access the Ladder Rack (use a spotter)

  3. Clean the top of ladder

  4. Use prep Gun to rinse off Golden Knight chemical after it sits for 3 minutes

  5. Rinse all equipment used to return to the assigned location.

  • Dawn soap

  • Bucket

  • Soft brush

  • Prep gun

  • Ladder

Steps:

  1. Gather all needed equipment.

  2. Fill bucket with dawn soap and water

  3. Scrub frames

  4. Soak the foamers for 20 minutes
